About Us

The Northwest Baseball Coaches Association is committed to furthering the education of baseball coaches throughout the Pacific Northwest and empowering our baseball communities; by bringing baseball coaches together each January to share and discover.

Our presenters share ideas, drills, approaches, styles, processes, philosophies and techniques in an interactive learning environment at the annual NW Baseball Coaches Association convention in Portland. Highly respected baseball experts, teachers, innovators and managers including representatives from the high school, college and pro ranks speak at the convention and touch on such topics as player/coach skill development, ethics & leadership, practice plans, data analytics, technology, mentality, strength & conditioning, communications and program management.

Area vendors are also a big part of the convention as they share the latest and greatest in gear, equipment, apparel, field maintenance, fundraising, technology and teaching aids at exhibit booths.

Not only does the convention feature best-of-breed speakers and include interactive demonstrations and breakout sessions, it’s a great place for coaches to network, hold meetings and recognize those individuals and teams that are having extraordinary success in the game.
